Move to reveal the cityDrag to reveal the city
Portraits, live music, fine art and the city of Tampa, seen differently.
( A different way of seeing )
Most photographers freeze a moment. Joe Sale paints with time. He stacks a hundred exposures until downtown traffic becomes rivers of light, drags the shutter until a Gulf sunset turns to brushstrokes, and layers Ybor's neon into a single dream. It is photography that looks like how a place feels, not just how it looks.
That same eye goes into every commission. Executives and actors, rock stars mid-leap, newlyweds and brands all get the patience of a fine artist and the speed of someone who has shot live music in the dark. You come away with pictures that don't look like anybody else's.
And the art is for sale. Joe's long exposures, multiple-exposure blends and impressionistic studies are available as fine art prints, from desk-sized pieces to statement walls, each one checked by hand before it leaves the studio.

( Behind the lens )
Hi, I'm Joe.
I shoot the people and places of Tampa Bay the way they deserve to be seen. Some days that's a CEO in the studio. Some nights it's a crowd-surfing guitarist, or a skyline stacked from a hundred exposures until the traffic turns into rivers of light.
Either way you get the same thing: a plan, great light, honest direction, and finished images you'll actually use.
